Refer a Friend, and Receive a Bonus!

Do you have a talented, hard-working friend who is looking for a more rewarding job opportunity? Refer your friend to us and you could receive a cash bonus of $25 after your referral completes his or her first 40 hours on assignment.

Do you have a referral who you think would be great with our company but do not see a position right for him or her? We always have new job opportunities, so even if we do not have a current listing that matches your referral's criteria, we may be able to find a position at a later time.

Terms and Conditions for our Referral Bonus Program

Referral bonus amounts may differ based on individual job postings.

1. If a referred candidate is sent to Phoenix Staffing & Management Systems who is not matched to a specific job posting, either our standard $25 referral bonus will apply or the referral bonus of the job in which we place the candidate will apply.
2. Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, Phoenix Staffing & Management Systems will honor the first referring party only.
3. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to Phoenix Staffing & Management Systems. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates a person can refer.
4. Temporary referrals must work a minimum of 40 hours to qualify for the referral bonus based on individual postings.
5. For direct hire placements, "Refer a Friend" Referral Bonuses will be paid after the guarantee period of the direct hire placement has been fulfilled.
6. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like.
