Valley Industrial Association was founded to give the area manufacturers and the businesses it serves a place to connect for professional growth, for shared information and resources, and to support causes important to the industry. Originally founded by 16 member companies, three of which remain members today (Richards Wilcox, Aurora Metals, and Aurora Textiles), the VIA currently serves more than 200 members, including area manufacturers and businesses, area educational institutions and municipalities. The VIA’s service area includes Kane, Kendall, DeKalb and western DuPage Counties.
Chicago Drug and Chemical Association
The Chicago Drug & Chemical Association originally was founded in 1900 as the Chicago Drug Trade Club. Today, the Association is represented by well over 400 Resident, Non-Resident, Retired and Honorary members from the drug, chemical and allied industries.
The goal of this association is to support and encourage chemical education throughout Chicago and award numerous scholarships and financial support to worthy educational groups.
